Services - Preventative Maintenance

 

Preventative Care Plan 

             Maximizes efficiency, Prevents breakdown
  1. Twelve-month program to insure commercial refrigeration equipment operates in accordance with manufacturer specifications, energy consumption and USDA/HACCP food safety guidelines.

  2. Program includes the cost of travel, labor and supplies to cover all maintenance, cleaning, service tests and control calibrations.

  3. Customers participating in this program receive a 10% discount on parts and labor for any service performed outside the plan.

24/7 Call Center

  • Calls answered 24 hours a day, 7-days each week and dispatched to one of our Factory Trained and Licensed Service Technicians.

Service Scheduling                                                                                            

  • All Preventative Service Scheduling and Administration is performed by MRE.

  • Owner/Operator is notified when Preventative Service is to be performed.

 

Spring – Fall Cleaning & Maintenance Schedule

Check all units for proper operation and perform the following service:

  • Check Temperature on All Units and Calibrate Thermostats.

  • Change or Clean Condenser Filter Media.

  • Clean Evaporator and Condenser Coils with a Chemical Coil Cleaner.

  • Clean and Flush Evaporator Pan, P-Trap and Drains with an Approved Algae Germicide.

  • Inspect Compressor Terminals, Time Delays, High and Low Pressure Controls, Freeze Stats, Crankcase Heater
    and Control Wiring for Burnt, Frayed, and Loose Connections.

  • Check and Record Amp Readings on Compressor, Evaporator and Condenser Fan Motors.

Summer – Winter Evaluation & Service Schedule

Check all units for proper operation and perform the following service:

  • Check Temperatures on All Units and Calibrate Thermostats.

  • Change or Clean Condenser Filter Media.

  • Check and Clean as Needed:
    • Evaporator and Condenser Coils for Cleanliness and Contaminants.
    • Evaporator and Condenser Fan Motors and Blades.
    • P-Trap and Drain Lines.

  • Examine:
    • Disconnects and fuses for heat discoloration and wire connections.
    • Contactors and transformer.
